I've got the commander system and am having some problems with holley fuel pressure reg. I think.. It may be from my fuel return set up. How did you run yours? Mine goes from the tank to the aeromotive filter to the aeromotive pump to the fuel cooler to the fuel rail out the rails to the tank as a return. My problem is that the fuel pressure has to be turned down from 43 psi to about 30 for the engine to start reliable. Otherwise it kinda chugs and tries to start while the pressure is at 40 psi + as it should be. What i'm thinking is... the return is suppost to run back into the pump instead of the tank to create some back pressure on the regulator. Will that help the vacume controlled regulator lower the pressure at idle??
