Anyways I was taking it to get smoged... well it did not pass. Which was not a surprise to me. What was a surprise was why it failed. I has a bad 02 sensor... Up until today I didn't think cars with carbs had O2 sensors.... well I was worng!!!! When the guy at the smog place told me what needed to be fix. I was like WTF. "its got a carb, It does not have a O2 sensor.." well He told me where it was and I crawled underneath it. I will be damned it does have a O2 sensor.

O2 sensors were commonplace long before carbs were finally phased out.
