These guys put a whole new interior in my 1987 Lavey. They were about $2,000 less than the other shops like D&S etc at about $2,300!!!. The upholstery work is good quality but you have to let them know that you want them to use the best material and foam and let them know that you are picky and do not mind paying a few extra bucks for a nice job. If you do this the owner, Virginia, will look over the work and make sure it is done right. They do a lot of boat trade-ins for the local used-boat sled lots that just want it to look good and don't care if its a cheap-ass job. In other words they can do it cheap or do it right. The only two complaints I had is that their wood work was a little sloppy and their time frame longer than quoted. Oh ya, and the owner can be a little bitchy sometimes.
In a nutshell, they are a good place to go for a nice job for a killer price. But if you want the top of the line go and spend $5,000 at one of the better shops.
Here is a pic of the work they did. I used to have more but the image gallery took a dump and lost all my pics:

OK, I got you some more pics. You can see that its pretty damn nice for $2,300 ( a few years back). But there are some little flaws. Perfect for my old boat. Looked a helluva lot better and sold very quick. They built these seats from scratch. Coppied a Hallett that was in the shop:

These pics were taken a season or two after the work was done. It held up well and was worth the $$. No mater who you use, take some HB mags with you and show them examples of what you want. Its easier to show pics than to explain. And be sure to get it all in writing.
    Good luck.
