Do I go for the cheapy $85 Walmart specials and replace every 2 months or do the $235 models justify the exta cost?
Thanks for any help...
You do get what you pay for I have had one for several seasons and still looks new paid a lot more than some others and they never lasted for a full season.
I think the bigger the better. The little tubes can really bounce your riders' necks...painful.
Check out the "molecule" they look way cool.
Last month's ***boat had a whole bunch of tubes reviewed...
I forgot to mention that I took a ride ona a Molecule this last weekend behind a 215 HP four seater jet ski. I think it will fall apart, if you put my amount of weight on the thing, 225#'s, the thing squashes flat putting a ton of stress on the top of the mounting area where the outside balls (I said balls, he he!) attatch to the center platform which doesn't look like it will last long.
You need to speak to RTJas or 77Charger... lol
I have a 5.5ft diameter tube it likes to catch air.Got it at target it also has a flat top not the kind you sink into(or the open type)
NOW BRING ON THE CATALINA TUBE RACE HH YOU READY TO TOW US????
You need to read last months ***boat magazine (yes, ***boat, not Hottube).... it was written just for you!
Buy quality , we bought ours 3 years ago at West Marine . Paid about $200.00 for our O'brien ,it's a 60" tube with 2 wells for the kids we've had 4 kids in it many times . It still like new . Our neighbor bought 1 at the swap-meet & it lasted 5 minutes .End of summer is the best time to buy this stuff 30-40 % off
Thanks for all the replies...
Buy a thin one. They are much easier for the kids and girls to get on.
