what sight did you get the recall info from
It wasn't a site. It was through Mercury's warranty info. I had a code/beep pop up and had to take it to a friend to plug it in. When he went to Merc's dealership insider warranty info, he said there had been a rocker arm recall/change on mine.
I don't think we can access that info. Only dealers.
