You want to run a lithium based High Pressure grease. For some reason a lot of people here are worried about the color of the grease. As long as it is High Pressure Lithium based, the color does not matter. Red, blue, black......they come in all colors and the color is not important.

Got it.
The original owner used the the red stuff on the thrust but used green marine grease on the back. He was VERRY specific in his instructions for her care. I thought that was reaonable but now my opinion is changing.
