    Norm,
    (1) Hope you make it you will love it! As you might know Tahoe is really cold!!! Here are the list of boat ramp's number's and prices. I have heard there is a ramp at Stateline but I have never used it. I would say use the Keys or Cave Rock or Sand Harbor. Sand Habor is really nice place to launch and hang out as a base if you want. A couple thing's to know, the east shore Nevada side can get some good size rollers and good chop in the afternoon. If you venture out in the middle of the lake make sure it's calm!! Alot of smaller craft have been lost when the wind picks up, Every year at least 3-6 people drowmed in the lake due to how cold it is and they never find them!!!! Remember the lake is on average 1,625 feet deep!
    (2) There is plent of room for parking you truck and boat at the Harveys on the back side of the parking garage.
    (3) There are no speed limits just be aware of the high speed around the shore lines, How loud is your boat? I belive that they are going to start cracking down on loud boats this year due to half the lake is in Cal. Just make sure all your safty equipment is on board due to the Coast Gard is on the lake.
Here a some links for you too! Have a great time! Are you coming up this summer of next? If next summer thats a long time for planning.

Chris, thanks for the info. This would be summer 2006. The plan is in the thinking stage right now, but it is something that I would like to do. Not sure how my boat would run up there as I am running a27 year old boat with carb and points. If we don't bring the boats, might just do the paddle wheel deal and start the party early and let someone else do the driving.
