What is the status on your house by the way?
I just overnighted the approved blueprints back to them Tuesday morning. They say 3-4 weeks to break ground and then maybe 5 months to build. I'm not counting on anything before X-mas.
Damn, you have been waiting long enough. I know you have built in equity now but I would be pissed at this point.
but what are you gonna do? At this point it's 10 months behind! :devil: At one point the builder asked if I just wanted to be the GC and build the thing myself. I decided to back off until after I take posession and then let him have it. If he backed out of the deal there is NO WAY I could build for anything close to what I am locked in at.
As you say, my equity just keeps going up. I e-mailed the Hilltop Villas condos up in Sunridge to see what they are going for. They start at 325k for a 3 bd condo w/less sq. ft. I should be in for under 180k.
