I dropped about 150-200 rpms from Winter to Summer.
Also, condition changes have an impact as well. If you're using your baseline from a few weeks when the weather was different, cooler, than it was with the new mufflers/silencers, regardless of brand, and now it is warmer, you will see a difference in performance that is most likely due to a temperature increase which will result in the loss of some RPM.

I'm running the Gibson Bullets on my HP500. Saw very little loss in RPM and speed, but the thing passed at the Havasu Marina easy.
