Can't go wrong with a Lavey. I've got the 21 xcs and love it.

Not trying to start sh*t, but I find it kinda interesting the differences between the recent "Tell me about" Cheetah, Cobra and Laveycraft threads....customers talk and people do pay attention.... :skull:

Lavey is a very nice boat and good people
You'll be more than happy with that package, until you go bigger
My only suggestion on that boat is order trim tabs with it...
Congrats, good luck, and post pics
I agree. Tabs are a good thing to have. I have the 2750 and do use them slightly at higher speeds to stop the chine-walk. Aside from that, a fantastic boat that loves chop and is built like a vault. Very solid. Mine is vacuum-bagged and balsa cored and is on it's 4th season and has no stress cracks at all.
Great folks to deal with and the regattas are really fun.
Can't go wrong with a Lavey, one of the best.

The other cool thing about owning a Lavey is that you get to be on the winning team against Shockwave owners at the Malibu GP Slick Track a couple of times a year!!!
We should set it up again soon actually.....

We just took delivery of a new 24 w/496ho May 19th. They are great people to deal with and the boat is awesome. The attention to detail, mold, and gelwork is incerdible. The HO is worth the extra $$ and yes it will hit 70 no prob. You will be 110% satisfied for sure.
