Thread: Shovelnose gets makeover, remember the oldschool one pulled by 56 ford car

    Well the time has come for change, and I finally had the time to do it, im in the middle of all of it, and hope to have my boat running again in a few weeks as the season is fairly short here (mid may-august) anyways remember this

    My wife wanted me to build the car for here in pink and white with vicky trim and of course do some customizing so it is now this

    And will not look right once finished pulling the boat in its pink and white attire with continetal kit and all but its cool, i got a 57 chevy gasser two door post outta fixing it up for her, and this

    I will post more pics as i progress thru the next few weeks if you all are interested. I hope you guys dig seeing an old (1971) hydro go thru a major make over for the good, From what i was told this was a TF boat when new, and the holes and bracketry for the chute was still on the back until i filled and removed them Thanks for looking

    Oh yeah and the new tow vehicle for the boat will be a 62 short unibody ford p/u that is slammed with matching paint and crome reverse wheel on all of it. Picks of that soon, it might be awhile before the painted to match thing comes into play , maybe this fall/winter

    Bitchen! I was trying to buy my brother '60 chevy big window to tow my Rcraft but the rat bastard sold it out from under me for less than I offered him for it. And it has been in the family since 1969.
