I have a place diverter on my boat and it has a Bennett? oil over hydrolic motor and control, when the up or down buttons are engaged I can only hear a solenoid make a clicking noise, the motor does not run. My questions are how do you check these things out? If the battery is low will that not allow enough amperage to the place diverter motor to run? How has the cheapest replacement costs?

Ok.. I fixed the hydrolic place diviter issue..
It took a special tool that I had to fabricate from scratch ..
BTW this is a real nice boat..
