I agree totally. I removed my wing at the drags and gained 10MPH through the 1/4. I keep mine on my boat because they look cool
Any time I race it it will not have the wing on it. The wing really plants the ass end of the boat and make it feel like it is on rails VS without the wing the boat feels like it is on an air cushion.
Just bought one used totally chrome had it shipped from Texas $500 sold my other one in xlnt cond i got from Billy B, $350
I still think they are for keeping the boat planted on the trailer ! !
