This is not a good thing.
All of those people jumping out of the dark ages and into a consumer economy in the span of about 10 years is not good for the world.
I hope the feds step in and stop this, but what the hell, they didn't stop them when they bought the PC divison from IBM, and we can't even seem to get the fed to build a freakin' fence across the border down south, so I wouldn't be surprised to see them get Unocal.
Steel went through the roof, becasue all the mills in the world are shipping product to China.
Concrete prices have damn near doubled, supposedly because they are buying up all the cement on the planet for that gigantic dam they are building.
They are after Unocal for obvious reasons.
I'll tell ya this much, if the SOB's develop a taste for Jack Daniels, the shit is gonna hit the fan. I don't need anything from them to reload ammo. I'm stocked up.
