I love chinese, particularly dim-sum, but only have one friend who will eat it with me.
... of course, I only have one friend.
I was out of town in Prattville so I ate at Fat Boys Barbeque Ranch.

Only saw Dim Sum in Hong Kong, but I think you'd like something Sichuan or Hunan style... Not too expensive either... and the food is good too.
