    I popped the inner bearing that was flared up on the spindle;
    Question:
    Under the inner bearing, is it suppose to be flared higher than the actual spindle (shaft)?
    Thanks,

    What exactly do you mean by "flared"?
    The diameter of the spindle, in the area where the bearing race mounts, should be the same, from the inner edge of the race to the outer edge. No high spots or low spots.
    There will usually be a radiused transition between different diameters. This would be the case where the spindle changes diameter from the bearing mount to the grease seal surface.

    Thanks for the pics!
    Looks though I have a slight groove; I'll try sanding a bit to get a smooth finish and add some new bearings!
    For taking the bearing off? IT was actually easy! I used a very BIG gear puller from Autozone. Once the gear puller grabbed the bearing, it was a few cranks with a socket, and pop! the bearing fell off!
    No torch
