What is the best way to create a huge rooster tail? Place diverter? I am interested to see what people have done here.....
You can nock planes out of the sky with this one
droop snoot, place diverter, and a rooster booster -
Not very pratical but will shoot one hell of a roost.

Now that is how I wan't my roost to be. I have a wedge and a manual place diverter. What is left to do?

That second picture is kinda bad but you get the idea.
rooster booster , droop snoot, and a diverter, is all you will need, but I'm tellin ya I hope your only going for looks because it definately robs you of performance. They sure are fun though !

Hey picklefork, is the rooster booster worth the money? When you put it all the way down do you still get a good hole shot? By the way robs old boat is almost done. 3 weeks left, I tried to make it for memorial day but it aint happening. although I do have alot of parts. All I need is my cam and a diverter and they will be picked up next week.
hey 396, you have got to hook a brotha up with some photos, me and pipesclean are over here trippin waitin to see how it turns out. Come on man send us some progress shots atleast. OK back to your question, in my opinion, and I can only speak from personal experience but no I didn't feel that it was worth the money. Even when the diverter is all the way down I still had a roost and I ended up taking it off. When I tested the boat after I removed the rooster booster I had 6 more MPH, (thats alot!!) in the jet boat world

You`d do more without the droop snoot. But performance would fall depending on hull,moreso the weight.
