Thread: Fuel tank metal question.

    Which is better? Stainless or Alluminum tanks? I would guess Stainless, but I dont know if it is as strong and long lasting as alluminum? Stainless should keep a better shine.

    if you want a polished tank go with SS. Call IMCO

    Stainless has a much better resistance to oxidization and don't crack near as easy. And Imco's tanks are "sweet" and come with all the mounting stuff.... Mike
