OIL COOLER-WATER & OIL FLOW

Is it better for the oil and water to flow in the same direction thru the oil cooler or in opposite directions of each other? Some time back I read a tech article about how one way was more efficient, but I can't remember what it said. Thanks, Randy

Run em opposite directions. At least thats how I had my deal setup.

I agree, reverse flow is the best set up. At least thats what my engineering classes taught me.
