Thread: carb tuning

    still trying to get my carbs tuned right. I went from a single 750 to twin 600. It runs great stock except alittle rich on the low end. Jets are pri .100 sec .095 rod .070x.047. Anyone have a suggestion on what size primaries to go with

    I already have an anchor, i just need to tune my carbs..haha

    Have you installed the correct power valves? Drop me a line with all your info and I'll help you out.
    You need to check your manifold vacuum first thing to set that pwr valve correctly. Then make sure both carburetors are set exactly the same with the idle transfer slot measurement. There is alot more to setting up a dual carb system then just jetting. ALso use ONLY MAX jets...they are far superior then Holley versions
