No kidding. We were just cruising on the water yesterday and hit on of those "Hot Spots", GF needed to hold up a towel to keep the heat off.
I think you cook a medium rare roast at 128 degrees, we were on our way to well done.
even cruising the lake at 60 is too hot.. it melted a pair of sunglasses right off my face.. the lenses cracked then the frame broke.. first time that ever happened to me.
