If you rent 2 or more Hotel rooms every time you go to havasu.... you need to step up to this and SAVE MONEY!
My Buddy has decided to rent out his house in Havasu just up from Windsor on Havasupai Blvd (Industrial turns into Havasupai) about 2 miles from the water
It's set up for larger groups of boaters. 3bd/ 2 ba, jacuzzi w/ pool and waterslide. Master has (2) queens w/ jacuzzi bathtub, seperate shower etc. The second Bdrm has (1) queen, (1) full, and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which has (2) more queens and (1) twin. Sleeps 10-12+ easy + 3 sofas in the livingroom. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool.
Partying is expected, The house is clean, All the bedding/linens are new along with most of the furniture and all the kitchen stuff. House is 100% furnished with all kitchen needs, and Gas BBQ, TV, DVD etc.
$175 a night, OWNER is the rental coÂ…Â…Â…..NO AGENTSÂ…. No hassle.

i have a house in Havasu.. but i will pass the info along to friends and family! looks like a great deal and worth the price. with all the beds in that place.. you get a couple friends to go in on it.. you would be set for a great time.

I usually bring a crew of around 8-12 on my deckboat..... charge them all $50-$100 for the whole weekend, that covers the house along with all my truck and boat gas. Hotel rooms used to cost us much more for much less ammeneties (sp?)
