is anybody else getting e-mail spammed

this appears 2-5 times a day in my home e-mail, and everytime it from a different e-mail source.(so I can't block it) It started shortly after I joined HB. and I use the I-net for little other than HB and Banking, any one got a cure to stop this?

First, do a search on your computer for Microsoft Messenger. Open Messenger adn make sure the damn thing does not have "start automatically" toggle marked! That is a huge issue. Most computers have Microsoft software and messgenger is starting automatically in the background.
Next, download Adaware. You can find it easily online. Or search for Kim Kommando and visit her website and follow the links to Shareware. It's free and works well to get rid of spyware and crap.
After that I would do a "clean" out of the accessories and then a defrag.

YES,
I never got any spam until i found this forum 2 months ago. Now I am getting it each day. This PC has never been to any porn or much of anything even cheesy and now that I go to hot boat (only thing that has changed) I am geting nailed.
I suspect it is some of the links to funny videos in posts that may have gotten me
