New here, and looking for people in my area

Hello everyone been lurking the boars for a couple months now.
Have been looking and reading tons of information, I am thinking about getting into the hot boat scene
I am of course having a hard time deciding on what I like and what I want.
I have to get my harley fixed up and sold in order to get a boat.
I was hoping to meet up with some local people and catch a ride on some of these fantastic boats, will help me decide what I need and how much I am into it.
Any one near Chester, VA and go boating out on the James?
Would love for someone to take a newbie out for a spin.

why dont you take him in your bagliner

That could be arrainged, but he would have to come to Maryland.
Bayliner, Gayliner or what ever you want to call it. My boat gets me onto the water. All you get to do is sit in your shed and splash water on your face.
Lets see, there was a picture of my boat in a copy of last years Hot Boat Magazine ( I think October or November ), how many pictures of your "boxes of parts" have been printed?
By the way Nitro, I will be at Lake Anna this weekend. After all these years I am able to make it to that lake. I did not ask you if I could go because I was affraid that you would say no again.

I'm in Roanoke and am going to smith mtn. lake sat. and maybe sun. If you can get here this weekend I'll have some empty seats in my boat If you can bring a couple babes.
