You don't have to have them uploaded anywhere. Click post reply under the last post, then scroll down, under additional option click the manage attachment button, the follow the instructions.
I did that, it said the picture I was trying to upload was not valid even though it's in jpeg form. I tried with a lot of different pics. I also tried to insert pics from the ***boat gallery. The address for the pics would be in my draft but missing from my preview and final post. What gives?
