    It's just a fancy distrobution/fuse block. Takes 2 1/O input and gives four smaller wire outputs go to to the amps. Makes install easier, but won't make it sound any better.
    Same thing as this, except this one is setup to dist the grounds also

    What's the difference between this one that uses the flat fuses and the same model tha tuses the big round glass ones?

    Nothing at all, except it uses different fuses. The Maxi blade fuses are easier to get if you happen blow one, they are used in many vehicles now. The round fuses are more specialized and usually you have to go to a stereo shop to get them.

    This would make my install alot cleaner looking.and is exacully the same inputs and outputs that i need.I just didnt want to get this and find out that it causes high resistance like capasitors do. Is stinger a good brand or is there others that are better.

    Stinger is good. I don't think you need the voltage readout, so you could save some money by buying one without. But that is up to you.

    Just bought some more stuff for my system.pretty much is all complete now.     We went with the Monster Distribution block for both power and ground.
