Can anyone in the realestate bus in the Parker help me out with a little info.
My sister's ex just sold a mobile home they owned together and according to thier divorce decree she is supposed to get half of the procedes from the sale. I just want to make sure she gets half of the REAL sale price, if you know what a mean. :rollside:
If I gave someone the address can they look up the sale price? Can I do it online myself?
    Thanks in advance,
    Kent

Problem is, we dont know who that is or how to contact them. She gave up the house at the time of thier divorce with the stipulation that he would sell it and she would get half.
So I dont think she has the legal right to get the documents from him. And I doubt he will fork them over. But I was thinking it should be public knowlage somewhere?
She is a single mom of two and needs all the help she can get.

Why not just ask the ex for a copy? She can say she needs it for taxes.

Yep, she tried that. He's not coughing it up. That's why I think somethings up. He is trying to make this as difficult as possible.
I know when they do an appraisal on a home they have comparables where they list the homes in the neighborhood and how much they sold for. So I am thinking there has to be a way.
I was also thinking he may have taken some cash on the side and given a good deal to someone. Man, am I sceptical of people or what. :notam:

:hammerhea County assessor will have the info, but not all the details. Call the agent involved or the escrow company and simply ask for a copy of the escrow statement. If not, get all legal, and shit.

Where exactly is the MH located? If I knew what subdivision, I could at least give you a ball park.
For example, in Lakeside, a MH could go for anywhere from $25,000 - $45,000, while in some of the nicer areas, closer to the river, maybe upwards of $200,000, or even up to $750 - $800,000 if on the River.
Blue Water Lagoon, will be around $55,000 - $120,000, depending on condition and location relavent to the River.
Most mobiles up River are selling for free, with the value for the land only.
