I'll be doing all of the normal looking on web sites and driving around this week, but figured I'd hit up the ***boat family first. My girlfriend is looking for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment to rent beginning in September in Orange County. She has a small dog so pets need to be accepted. I know a lot of you on here have investment properties and that's one of the reasons I thought I put this thread up. If anyone has one of knows of one please let me know. I put a sign up out front and got a call last night, but nothing for sure yet. Hopefully I get something soon, The old tenants are almost completely out now. have to get the carpets cleaned then its ready for me to move in.
