I removed my intake loader, shoe and ride plate last night-gotta love that PB Blaster I have been using this stuff for about 10years and it still amazes me-No Broken Bolts!!!Some JO used steel bolts on the shoe and phillips heads on the loader.
Now what to do to the under water part of the intake housing?The coating is peeling away and I want to clean it up.What would the best coating to finish this with without removing it from the boat?What process did you use to finish your housing and how well is it holding up?
Sand with 150grit and speedcoat. That what I just did to mine.
