Same here...It's a little scary when you have to go over the wheel wells. I put some wood to protect the back window in case I went to far.

i put ours in the back of our buddy's F250 l/b. i backed it in so i would not have to roll the front wheels over the wheel wells. each of the front wheels hang out bout 5" farther than the rear because of the suspension. back wheels fit right inbetween the wheel well's and by doing it this way you dont risk hitting the rear window with the bumbers. tail gate closed also.
