    where to take the prop shaft to be shortened.
    Went to prime marine just want to get some more quotes from other places first.

    Just take it out and find a machine shop with a lathe. It should only take a minute to cut down.

    Any local machine shop, my dad just had it done to his cruiser, they even keyed it in a different spot for him.
    Or, if you cant find a shop, hit up Jim Wilkes or Rex Marine, they are both cool guys and can get it done.
