I am selling my mobile home at the River. It is a 1980 Cavco double wide (24x48) two bedrooms, two bath, storage room that can be used as extra bedroom, large living room and kitchen. It is HUD certified and also comes with wrap-around patio. It is in Mohave Valley right off of Courtwright and I-95 about a couple of miles north of Needles bridge.
Make an offer and it is yours to tow away...

My apologies... Please see the pictures below...This Mobile makes a great weekender which is what we have been using it for. All the appliances work and I just completed doing some plumbing and other interior work to it.
I am asking $14,000, but as am not looking to make money with it or anything like that, I'll take the best offer from any fellow ***boat member who is interested.

Sorry, I didn't mean to confuse anyone... I am only selling the Mobile not the lot... I am trying to clear the lot for another mobile. Again, I am willing to work with you on the price, but you do need to have it towed to your own lot...
