Just curious what I should expect to pay for 35 square on a 10/12 roof, multiple valleys and dormers, architect shingles, all new drip, flashing, some wood, and haul away service. Granted, I don't live in the CA, NV area, but what would guys bid this out at?
Well for 35 year comp, paper, nails, yadda yadda... it will cost you aout 100 a A sq for meterial. Now since is 10 12 pitch the labor is going to hurt... My guess for a starting price would be 350 a square for meterail and labor...So Atleast 13k... I would be willing to bet that it will be more like 20k.
