What Is The Next Excuse?

When oil prices started to climb the oil industry and wall street said china is taking all the extra oil, then the King of Saudia Arabia died and it climbed again, now with hurricane katrina it jumped right thru the roof . what is the next excuse..rising of the sun,full moon or that we are all breathing?

You should get some gas right now while it last, cause it will be $5.00 or more a gallon by next week and there is none to buy. If you plan to go to work for the next few days, fill up your truck and make it last. Where I am at, we are starting to have that problem right now, long line. The stupid thing is, people started to buy all kind of supply like water and shit#%%%. It is like the storm going to hit Michigan or some thing. People got panic and hostile at the gas pump for no freaking reason.

Many stations closed in NC and TEN due to no fuel. My guess is due to hording.
On a side note:
Personal incomes increased 0.3% in July, while spending soared ahead by 1%. As a result, the personal savings rate tumbled to negative 0.6%, the lowest since monthly records began in 1959.
I would not be surprised to see a economic downturn from this.
