cam specs

I cant find the specs anywhere! I've got a stock mercruiser vortec 7400(7.4 300hp) in my 96 Scarab and am about ready to pull the heads and port them, change the exhaust, intake and carb. While I'm in there I'm going to change the cam too. For comparison I would like to know what the stock cam specs are before I buy the new cam.
Anyone know, or know where to find the specs for my stock cam.

This is for a 97, but I think they're the same.
Lobe Lift 0.284 (times rocker ratio of 1.6)=0.454
Duration (at 0.050) Intake & Exhaust-209 degrees

I have a .510 lift, .224/.224 dur @ .050 out of a 502 I was thinking of using, but I wasnt sure if it was bigger than the one I had in it already. I ordered my headers today, so as soon as I get them fitted and plumbed I'm going to tear down the rest of the motor for the intake and cam.

When I bought my boat, I ordered all the Merc manuals. It's about 5 or 6 books. Lot's of good info. Alas most of the motor stuff is no longer Merc But it still comes in handy now and then!

I have a practically new Cam Motion mechanical roller camshaft for sale. It is a "low-lash" roller (.010") with hardened drive gear allowing the use of a steel distributer gear. Here are the specs:
.639 Intake Lift
.622 Exhaust Lift
241 Degrees of Intake Duration
258 Degrees of Exhaust Duration
114 Degree Lobe Center
