when I was a kid I was on my friends dads boat and it kicked up a 3 foot rooster tail, whey doesnt my boat do it ( it goes up to about 60mph) does it have to do with the hull or the drive?

I dont have a jet, it was along time ago I was in that other boat it could have been a jet

Reach over the back of the boat with it at speed, stick your hand in the water, and there you have it, a 3 foot rooster tail, and it doesn't even matter what drive you have.
