Highway 62 / Amboy

Going out to Laughling on Friday and want to take Hwy 62 through 29palms and Amboy. Does anyone know if its open now? I heard there was some storms out that way and dont know if it affected the highway. Thanks

I know someone who just took that route and was able to get thru...a slight detour in 29Palms I think.........

How are the potholes? Last time I took was two years ago and I spent a lot of time dodging craters.... :angry2:

Just came through there about 3 hours ago. Everything open. Unfortunately, potholes still the same.
Apparently, gas at $2.91 in 29 Palms is a better price than we are getting here in AZ.
