Anyone see the Daily Show with John Stewart the other day? Hilarious. He showed clips of Bush Sr., Cheney, FEMA Director Brown, Homeland Security Director Chertoff (sp?), Senator Delay all filmed on the same day, all saying that we shouldn't be playing the "Blame Game" regarding the hurricane relief. It was so apparent that it was a rehearsed "party line" it was pathetic. Then he followed it up with an equal number of film clips of many of the same republican politicians from the same day, attributing "blame" to the state governments of Louisiana, Mississippi, etc. As John Stewart whispered, "when people don't want to play the 'blame game', it's because they're to blame."

Good point! They need to take some lessons apparently from the Democrats.At least if they were in the White House right now the talking points memo would have made it to the whole party not just the top brass.
Or maybe they were actually speaking their own mind..that has got to stop!
Or maybe the people in the White house know that casting blame is counter productive to the relief effort and are more concerned with the people than a political carrer.

Yea, Bush coerced the storm all the way from the coast of Africa across the ocean, across Florida, across the gulf and onto N.O. He also made sure all or most of the whites got out. Keeping the black man down is a priority. This is also an issue of race, just ask Jesse.
