This is what I pulled out of my boat today. this is what happens when you unload the pump!!!!! :sqeyes: It all started with the small cracks starting from the center of the impeller. Then it escaladed from there. I noticed it when my holeshot went south! The stufferplate is chewed up as well. There goes another rebuild! This time I will be using a bronze impeller....

sorry to hear about that.. Glad I decided to stop using mine after i noticed the cracks in it 2 weeks ago.
