Mech help in Phoenix

I need someone to dial in my timing and carbs. I have called and emailed one guy with no response. Any ideas.

What kind of stuff do you have?

Good luck. I ended up dragging my boat up to Havasu to get it fixed. Every shop I talked to in town was a month out, granted this was a few months back and it was peak season.
Bergeron in Mesa is a good place to start though.

What kind of stuff do you have?
I have a 77 Sanger, 454, 2 600's or 660's. First time out it ran fine in neutral but when started in gear tried to fry me. I'm not much of a carb man so I need help especially in this area. I find it hard to believe that the timing is that far off as it runs to smooth when not in gear.
