Some friends I have at the Fremont PD said they didn't see any "Green Tags" on the dogs, and INS/CPB and local Animal Control were arguing over who had jurisdiction.
Meanwhile, the Chihuahuas were last seen heading for Salinas in a '91 Toyota P/U, driven by Nancy Pelosi with Al Sharpton riding shotgun.
