I purchased a magnet for my truck to support our troops and when it started peeling I tried to take it off and it won't come off, anyone out there have a good way to remove what should have been a magnet and seems to have turned to super glue? I'm desperate here.

warm it with your hair dryer....and try again...

I will try that. I tried it in the heat of the day during summer here in so cal (only 120 degrees), but I will try the hair dryer, thanks

Try a hammer or a belt sander.

I dont exactly want to ruin the paint job on the truck.....I kinda like it

spray wd40 on it, that should loosen it up.

Here is where I get to sound blonde, but if I spray wd40 on it, how will it get behind the magnet to loosen it up?

I heard if you take another magnet and stick it to the magnet that is stuck to your paint it will remove all the Ionic build up and you should be able to get the first one off with a little elbow grease. Good Luck

Yank the Damn thing off , or take a tooth pick and try to pry the edges away from the paint then it should start to peel right off
