My suggestion to you is to start drinking heavily!
That and pinch a Skoal when you get pissed, I have heard that works.

I'm weighing in at 170 right now, and have been for the last 16 years. (35yr old) My heaviest has been 173, so if I push 180-185 and not in the right places, I might consider lighting up. I'll have to remember that Skoal thing.
