I've tried to attach pictures of my current engine mounts. Standard Merc I/O with longer 5 inch lags. Ran 600hp last year. I'm running around 800 HP this year give or take. Will these mounts be OK?

I hate to tell you this but a good friend is redoing a transom on a Four Winns. He had to cut the rear mounts out. I wouldn't trust a four cylinder the way his motor mounts were designed..... :crossx: A little wood and alot of FOAM!!!!

You're turning a prop, not 33" tires. You'll be fine with what you have. With rail kits, each corner is held in the boat by one 3/8" bolt at the least.

The lags I put into these mounts are probably two inches longer than stock and I moved them up from 3/8" to 1/2" X 5" or so..
I know some of you have these mounts. Have any of you had problems?
