Fram HP4 and AC Delco 35L are both able to withstand very high pressures.
I have a flatbottom V-drive with a small block Chevy. What brand of oil filter would be best for high rpm use? Where to buy them? Thanks.

K&N makes them with a 550 psi burst strength and a nut on top for easier removal. I can't get a typical oil filter wrench around mine. The nut on top is a godsend. HP-3002 is the GM one.
Baldwin 279 is all I use. I get them from through work but Rex has them and so does Clay Smith Cams. They are a far better filter then anything else I have used
NAPA racing filters work for me.
