lights, brakes, rear view mirror, seat belts, eye protection (goggles) and a MUFFLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
other than that, sign it up and you will get a plate, IN MOHAVE COUNTY!!!

we did ours 2 years ago in parker also turn signals and windsheild.they also want a purchase order you they can hit you with the sales tax made a big deal about that.

Come on Blackcloud, screw mirrors and turn signals, just make sure you have paddles so you can actually go to the dunes with us Beotch!!!
