After reading the hangover scale, I thought this would be a fun one.
The worst one I ever had was after a Bachelors' party weekend in Parker. Saturday, we started drinking moderately at 10AM. By noon we had a light buzz on and decided to head to the RR for the Wet-T contest. I was abducted by a bachelorettes party to be their "bodyguard", and in exchange they all bought me drinks and took turns sitting on my lap. Well, for the next 6 hours or so we drank roadrapers, purple hooters, scooby snacks and coors light nonstop. When my friends left, the girls said they'd give me a ride so I stayed and kept drinking. I got back to the house at 8pm or so. After a quick break at Parker Dam Pizza, we hit it hard again. My buddy mixed up a batch of Pum Runch and we downed that. We hit Fox's for a while before coming back up river and floating by the dam for a couple hours. Finally, about 4AM we called it good and hit the sheets.
At about 9am I woke up feeling fine. Until I sat up. And tried to walk. My head was killing me and my stomach was convulsing. I wasn't sure if I was going to puke or crap my pants. (or both) When someone tried to hand me a beer, the smell of it made me dry heave. For the whole day I couldn't get more than 50 feet from the bathroom because my bowels were giving me zero notice when it was go time! To my credit, I never puked. But I did feel like I was on the verge all day. I mean like several times an hour walking to a discreet spot, sure this was the big one, taking deep breaths and spitting a lot. In retrospect, I should have just done it. Anyways, I left that afternoon to drive from Parker to Laughlin. Well, I made it to Havasu before I had to pull over and rest!!! When I got home that night I cranked up the air, climbed in bed, took 5 ibuprofen with a gallon of water and passed out. I woke up at 4pm Monday and still felt iffy. I wasn't able to function again until Tuesday morning. BAD BAD BAD! Two day hangovers are not good!

1981 in El Golfo Mexico. Saturday night around the campfire drinking Mezcal. I was only about 19 at the time and unaware of the evils of Tequila. And in my wise old age I have found that drinking Tequila in a foreign country compounds the hangover by tenfold.
Anyway, the bottle is being passed around and being the uneducated, already somewhat beer buzzed idiot that I was, I was chugging shots straight from the bottle to prove my....uh......idiocy. When it came time for the Saturday night open header run down the beach in the 4x4's and ATC's I was well into the 10 feet tall and bullet proof stage.
Half way down the beach, bouncing up and down in the truck and having a complete blast in all the blurr, I realized I didn't feel so well and asked my high school sweetheart to pleaseeeeeeee pull over as I needed some air. As Im standing at the back of the blazer in all the beauty of the beach and Mexico, I'm puking my gutts up. I'm still blessed with the same friends I had back in the day and they still like to bring it up how I was trying to be a lady while hanging on to the bumper to hold myself up while puking...and breathing in the blazer exhaust.
Puking.....exhaust......puking ......exhaust......
There is nothing worse than a Tequila/Mexican Gas hangover.
I was sick for at least 4 days after that and I will never, ever, drink Tequila again. Its on rare occasion that I drink it in a Margarita and even then I usually regret it.
Tequila is evil.
My last hangover lasted almost a week..... Gotta love 36hrs in vegas with only 4 hours sleep...
at my cousins g/f's birthday party had about 7 big ass glasses of long island ice t's in about an hour. didnt hit me right away so i had another 3 or 4. needless to say puked big time had some crazy distance on it to. next day the smell of food made me hurl. slept all day and drank water. never dry heaved so much in my life.
1 bottle of Gold Shologger = hungover for a week.
Don't feel bad, H454. Jose Cuervo and I parted ways about ten years ago due to a similar incident. That's why they call it "TOKILLYA"!
Long island's were my undoing too (along with something called a polish redhead...i don't remember what was in it, but you drank it as fast as you could out of drink stirrers). I sat on a curb for an hour a block away from the house trying to devise a cover story with my friends...got hassled by the cops (scary because i was only 17 then) and puked in a gutter... I swore was never drinking again... LOL
Last year at RD's. Thanksgiving. I attempted to make Thanksgiving dinner for everyone while drinking wine (trying to be fancy) well wine just tastes so dam good. I moved from a fancy wine glass to the bottle. Everyone kept asking me if I needed help, I refused it of course! Needless to say I passed out before the food was even done. Woke up the next morning with the WORST hang over I have ever had in my existance. The worst part....there was no thanksgiving food left!!! So I missed Thanksgiving all together. :frown:
When I was 20 at a girlfriends party.....We were going to see who could drink the most JOSE....Well I was first DOWNED half of a BIG bottle.....a few minutes later my friend asked if Iwas ok...I said yes and fell backwards and hit my head on a BRICK WALL!!!!!!!!!! I still went other places with them .....while throwwing up......fighting(or trying to)LOL and blacking out off n on!!! I woke up the next morning in a bed with SPIRALS all over it!!! Lets say they were spinning and I puked everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!
