Ok, I am not selling any of these boats. I have been looking for the past couple of weeks/months for a new to me boat. I finally picked a boat, and it is a done deal. I have listed them in no particular order. I ended up with a not so ***boat - Family came first, and I will be happy too. Anyway, before I post these, I wanted to say that I e-mailed with a few guys on the board, and talked with a few on the phone about their boats and I was really interested in their boats. I don't want them to get the impression that I wasn't serious about their boats. All are very good, and they will sell soon, I am sure. I did put a couple of my personal rankings on these boats that lists the order that I was leaning in. Again, these are just a few boats I saw on boattrader, and I thought they were good deals. Oh, and I was only looking for sterdrives. I also hope that I don't piss anyone off with my comments - if it happens to be their boat. So now on with the meat:
    15000 – 20000 AZ/CA Boats
1989 Sleekcraft Enforcer 26ft AZ $19995.00 454 Merc. (Would have looked at this, but went another way / Not sure if I could live with pink on interior - easily fixed)

1996 Magic 23ft CA $20000.00 454 (Very nice, but price paid a role in my decision)

I ended up with a family boat. Not what I went looking for, but the price was right, and it is a really nice boat. I can always sell the new one later on and get back into a ***boat when the kids get a little older. Here is a picture of the boat I went with.
    1996 Crownline 26.6ft w/454 $19500.00

    Outnumbered
That is a lot of boat for the money. Nice. You could have lots of fun in that in some rough water and not worry about the family getting beat-up.
    Good choice.

For the money, I couldn't pass it up. It's not going to be the fastest, or the biggest, but it will get the job done. I have been doing some more research, and I can easily get my money back out of it, and then some. Win,win situation. The good thing is that I still have my fast boat. It's still for sale, but I can take it out until it sells and get my speed fix.

I think you made the right choice. Now put a ProCharger on and get with the program! Otherwise you will be wide open 95% if the time.

I am pretty sure that I would be wide open all the time even if I had a Procharger :rollside:
