Boat parades (Newport,Huntington and Long Beach)

Anyone ever actually register their boat in any of these parades? Im thinking of doing the Naples (Long Beach) parade....just wanted some feedback...I would probably hang out at the Yard House during the day and the parade at night...anyone else thinking about doing this?

did it last year unless you are in it it is hard to see gets pretty crowded and the parade goes around naples.After it is over you can cruise thru the parade route which is kinda cool.

Been to the Newport one a few times but only standing on shore near the ferry. Walways cool for the kids. (IN US ALL)
