i ran across a older placecraft named a place in the sun with the numbers of 565 on the sides. used to be a placecraft company race boat. anyone ever hear or seen it run in the 1980's. thanks

Can you be a little more specific than just 80's?

i was told it was the factory race boat in the early 1980's appox 83. it had az. reg. numbers on it. it has adjustable tunnel plate on it with a pedal up front.

My son and I just went through all the Hot Boat, Performance Boat and Race Boat mags I have and couldn't find anything on a boat with that name.
